To dive underwater in the outdoor pool, first, make sure the water is deep enough for diving. Stand at the edge of the pool, take a deep breath, and then push off with your feet, extending your arms out in front of you. As you enter the water, keep your body straight and streamlined to minimize resistance. Once underwater, use your arms to propel yourself further down and enjoy the experience of swimming beneath the surface. Remember to always follow pool rules and guidelines for diving to ensure safety. **

Submarines can dive underwater because they are designed to be watertight and have ballast tanks that can be filled with water to make the submarine heavier than the water it displaces, causing it to sink. By adjusting the amount of water in the ballast tanks, submarines can control their buoyancy and depth underwater. Additionally, submarines have propulsion systems that allow them to move underwater and navigate at different depths. **
