To ensure that a cocktail with fresh mint tastes like mint, it is important to properly muddle the mint leaves to release their essential oils and flavor. Use a gentle hand when muddling to avoid bruising the mint, which can result in a bitter taste. Additionally, using high-quality, fresh mint leaves and adding them at the right stage of the cocktail-making process can help ensure a strong mint flavor. Finally, using the appropriate amount of mint for the cocktail recipe and not overpowering it with other ingredients will also help the mint flavor shine through. **

To prepare tea from fresh mint, start by rinsing the mint leaves under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Then, bring water to a boil in a pot or kettle. While the water is heating, bruise the mint leaves slightly to release their flavor. Place the bruised mint leaves in a teapot or heatproof container. Once the water has boiled, pour it over the mint leaves and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain the leaves and pour the mint tea into a cup. You can sweeten the tea with honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy your fresh mint tea! **

Additionally, make sure to keep it out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion. **

Mouthwash can be a helpful addition to a good oral hygiene routine, as it can help reduce bacteria in the mouth and freshen breath. However, not all mouthwashes are created equal, and some may contain ingredients that can be harsh on teeth or gums if used excessively. It's important to choose a mouthwash that is alcohol-free and contains fluoride to help strengthen teeth and prevent cavities. As with any oral care product, it's best to consult with a dentist to determine the most suitable mouthwash for your individual needs. **
